The Youth Center provides a safe, enriching, developmentally stimulating environment for children and youth and support Airmen and their spouses in their role as parents. We provide School Age Programs, Sports & Fitness Programs, and Youth Programs. Youth can develop their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive abilities and experience achievement, leadership, enjoyment, friendship, and recognition.
Youth Center Open Recreation is for ages 9-17 years old. For those interested in registering for the Youth Program, please fill out the required documents listed below. These documents are available in the Forms & Downloads section.
Preteen & Teen Open Recreation
3-7 p.m. Monday-Friday, ages 9-18 participate in a variety of Boys & Girls Club and 4-H programming. Stop by the Youth Center for a monthly calendar of events.
Keystone Club Teen Leadership
Second and fourth Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. The focus is on leadership, community service, and teen council.
$50/month, once a week on Wednesdays or Fridays. Call to schedule.
Before and After School Care is available for ages 5-12 years old (must be entering Kindergarten school year 2018) from Mon-Fri. 6:00 a.m. -5:30 p.m. Weekly fees are based on Total Family Income. Paperwork and current immunizations are required prior to the start of the program. Limited space based on capacity and enrollment priority based on eligibility. The program follows the Biloxi School system starting in August. Transportation is offered to and from schools based on need and vehicle availability at an additional cost. Schools currently supported are Jeff Davis Elementary, Popps Ferry Elementary, and Biloxi Upper Elementary. Transportation for D'Iberville Elementary and Middle School will be offered if there is enough need (must have a minimum of 12 to offer).

GPAB is an Air Force Aid program that offers free child care for ages 6 weeks to 12 years at the Youth and Child Development Centers for AF families referred by base helping agencies. Space is limited. For more information, call 228-377-2211.
An evening of child care for ages 6 weeks to 12 years only $25. No refunds for no-shows. Care for children age 6-weeks to 5-years is provided at the Child Development Center. Care for children kindergarten through age 12 is provided at the Youth Center. Space is limited.

The President's Volunteer Service Award recognizes United States citizens who have achieved the required number of hours of service over a 12-month time period or cumulative hours over the course of a lifetime. Teens may register through Keesler AFB Youth Center for Volunteer Recognition Program.
