Get ready and lace up your running shoes and conquer our scenic one-mile trail through Marina Park. Whether you are a seasoned runner or just starting out, this event is for you. But that's not all!  After the trail run, we'll kick it up a notch with a heart-pumping 15-minute high-intensity workout.  Feel the burn and unleash your inner champion.

No need to worry about bringing equipment; we've got you covered! Just be sure to bring a fitness mat if you have one, for extra comfort during the workout.
