Massage Therapy

Fitness-on-Request

Can’t make it to a group fitness class? This free kiosk-based fitness tool allows groups or individuals to take fitness classes on demand led by virtual instructors. Fitness-on-Request includes 42 unique courses in seven genres varying from yoga-pilates and dance to total body conditioning and core training. Classes run 20-50 minutes.
