Blake Fitness Center

Blake offers 24/7 access for CAC carrying personnel

  • Personnel must complete Statement of Understanding (SOU). Submit your SOU to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after the SOU has been approved.
  • CAC must be registered at the Blake Fitness Center.
  • No guests/dependents permitted.
  • Cameras will be reviewed throughout week to ensure customer safety.

For field or court reservations, please call 228-377-2444.

Batting Cage Rules:

  1. Please stop by the Triangle Fitness Center to pick up the cage keys. Lock up and return after use.
  2. Left machine is baseball and right machine is softball.
  3. Please bring your own equipment.
  4. Cages are first come, first serve basis. If people are waiting, time limit is 30 minutes.
  5. Closed when raining or lightning.
  6. Batters are strongly encouraged to wear helmets at all times. Bat at your own risk.
  7. Only one person in batting cage while machine is on.
  8. Youth age 6-12 must be supervised by an adult and must wear helmet. Youth younger than 6 are not promitted in cages.
  9. When the gate is in use, the gate must be closed.
  10. Please be alert at all times. Caution: do not approach machine while on. Balls may be pitched at any time.
  11. Please keep the cages clean and free of litter.
  12. No soft toss against the batting cages.
  13. Please return balls to machine after use.
  14. Maintenance performed by authorized personnel only. For problems with pitching machines, please call 228-377-4385.

We have three outdoor fitness tracks that are rubberized and include distance and turnpoint markers.

Fitness on Request

Can’t make it to a group fitness class? This free kiosk-based fitness tool allows groups or individuals to take fitness classes on demand led by virtual instructors. Fitness on Request includes 42 unique courses in seven genres varying from yoga-pilates and dance to total body conditioning and core training. Classes run 20-50 minutes. Reserve a time at the Dragon Fitness Center by calling 228-377-4409.
