To provide a S.A.F.E. experience while offering a myriad of programs, clubs, events, and instructional/educational options for ages 5-18 and their families.
Keesler Youth Programs is a place where children and teens can grow, learn and connect in a safe and exciting environment. Our Youth Center has a teen and open recreation area that has a video game room, video editing area, arts and crafts area, movie theater, culinary zone, and table games. The Youth Center also has a gymnasium, before and after school care classrooms, athletic fields, and a play area. Our Youth Programs cultivates social learning, recreational activity, and life skills. It's a place where all children are welcome and free to explore who they are and want to become.
School Age Care promotes the cognitive, social, emotional, cultural, language, and physical development of children through programs and services that recognize differences in children and youth and encourages self-confidence, curiosity, creativity, self-discipline, and resiliency.
Before and After School Care is available for ages 5-12 years old (must be entering Kindergarten school year 2018) from Mon-Fri. 6:00 a.m. -5:30 p.m. Weekly fees are based on Total Family Income. Paperwork and current immunizations are required prior to the start of the program. Limited space based on capacity and enrollment priority based on eligibility.
The program follows the Biloxi School system starting in August. Schools currently supported are Back Bay Elementary, Popps Ferry Elementary, and Biloxi Upper Elementary, D'Iberville Elementary and Middle School. Transportation is offered to and from schools based on need and vehicle availability at an additional cost.

GPAB is a monthly event that offers FREE childcare at the Child Development Center and Youth Center for Air Force Families experiencing the stress associated with deployment, a new baby, illness, or other issues impacting family life. Must be referred to by a base helping agency such as the Airman & Family Readiness Center, Chaplain, etc. Must have current paperwork on file and register prior to Wednesday of each month's event.

A DoD website for children experiencing the challenges of military deployments. The site contains features that will help youth ages 6-17, parents and educators navigate the emotions and challenges experienced throughout the deployment cycle.
Department of the Air Force Youth Programs (YP) offer opportunities for positive youth development by supporting the skills, interests, qualities, and abilities of all youth.
Youth Center Open Recreation is for ages 9-18 years old that participate in a variety of Boys & Girls Club and 4-H programming. A monthly calendar of events is available at the Youth Center. Transportation services are available to pick up from Biloxi Jr. High and Biloxi High School back to the Youth Center for a weekly fee. Bring your passion and talents to our Instructional Program! Start up a class with us! We have both contracting and volunteer opportunities. It's a great way to make extra income, utilize your passion, and work with kids. We're looking for those interested in dance, jui jitsu, music, languages, art, tutoring, photography, and so much more! Give us a call at 228-377-4116 if interested!
Our Youth Sports & Fitness Program offers sports leagues, sports clinics/camps, family fun runs, and fitness events for individuals to have fun while staying active.
*Lil' Dragon's Start Sport Program is available for ages 3-4 with a parent. $35 for six sessions for soccer and baseball. Soccer is held in September and baseballl will be held in March. Please register at the Youth Center.

All parents whose children are enrolled in CYP are a part of the PAB. The committee acts in an advisory capacity, providing recommendations for improving services. The committee is also responsible for developing the parent involvement plan for Child Development Center, School Age Care, and Family Child Care.

We serve as the liaison between the installation commander, base agencies, military parents, and schools by providing assistance in matters pertaining to student education. We can provide you information on our local public schools, private/parochial schools, home schools, and more!
