Thunder Over the Sound Update: Box Seating, Kids Zone, and More
The 2019 Thunder Over the Sound Keesler & Biloxi Air & Space Show is right around the corner! Viewers can expect to watch exciting and entertaining civilian air acts in addition to interacting with static displays and ground exhibits. To make your Air Show experience even better, below is a listing of more information to enhance your weekend!

Box Seating
Looking for the best Air Show seat? We've got you covered! Box seating includes a shaded area, air conditioned restrooms, food & drinks, and a cash bar. Viewers will have the opportunity to experience watching the Army Special Ops Black Daggers land right in front of the box seating area as well as a meet and greet with the civilian air act performers on the flight line! Box seating is available for the morning show on the flight line and the afternoon show on the beach. Pre-flight Social
Meet the Air Force Thunderbirds pilots at our Pre-flight Social! It will begin at 5:30 p.m. May 3 in the Marina Park at Keesler Air Force Base. Free refreshments will be provided by Half Shell Oyster House and Island View Casino. Beverages will be available for purchase, including our Thunder Over the Sound Air Show beer, Thunder Brew! Live music will also be provided by Ryan Daniel. This event is only open to DoD ID Cardholders and their guests.
Kids Zone
$10 Wristbands (CASH ONLY)
Bringing children to watch the Air Show on base? Our Kids Zone will have obstacle courses, sports play, bounce houses, and a mobile gaming trailer to help keep them entertained throughout the day. Children will be able to bounce and play all day with their wristbands. A parent must be present with their child.
Food & Drinks
Bring cash. Many beverage booths will only be accepting cash. ATMs will be available along the flight line for your convenience.
There will be several food vendors available for spectators to purchase from. Below is a listing of a few of the vendors that will be present.

Free bottled water will be available at numerous stations along the flight line for those attending the on-base morning show. Water re-fill stations will also be available throughout the flight line. Pepsi beverages will be sold in addition to the official Thunder Over the Sound Air Show beer, Thunder Brew! Locally brewed by Chandeleur Island Brewing Company, this wit beer will only be available during Air Show festivities, so be sure to purchase one before the weekend ends! 2019 Thunder Over the Sound koozies will also be available for purchase for $1.
